The Steak House Cafeteria

This was my second visit to enjoy a meal with friends prior to a concert at the Walhalla Performing Arts Center. I grew up on a farm and the cooking here takes me back to my childhood memories. It's like Sunday dinner! Wonderful green beans, peas, collards, mashed potatoes, corn. It's like my mom used to make. The fried chicken is a standout. I'm on a diet now, and appreciate the baked chicken as a healthy option. I've had the hamburger steak before as well, and it was terrific. Say hello to Mr. Abed when you stop by. He's a very kind man that will take the time to chat a minute. I love this place!

Not the fanciest place, but after a long day of hiking this place never disappoints! So many wonderful choices and everything I have ever had here has been delicious!

I have been coming here for years, and they never disappoint. I used to work in the area and would visit quite frequently, now I'm retired, I still make it a point to come here.

I love everything about the Steak House! The service and staff are always kind. Sunday is my favorite day because of the dressing and gravy! Abed? He is one of the best friends we have ever had! Our family truly loves this man! ❤️💝

We love this restaurant and come here every time we go hiking in the area. The food is really good and the staff is beyond fantastic!!
