3 Amigos Mexican Grill

The food was really good. Decent-sized portions. The chips were perfect! Fresh and not too thick, not too thin. The only problem we had while we were there was the waitress apparently either didn't hear or didn't understand our order. She brought out 3 of the 5 things we ordered but completely left out the other two. We thought it just wasn't ready yet, so we waited while the food got cold. She finally came back out, and we told her what was missing. She left for several more minutes, and a man came out and ask what we were missing. We told him, and he went back, presumably to just then put the order in. At this point, the rest of our food had been there for close to 10 minutes. Where should I start? First, they definitely did their homework and understood the assignment. The food was delicious, fast and friendly service. Nice location near lots of parking. But back to the food, damn it was delicious! I am definitely going to make this a place I’m planning to stop at often whenever I’m in the area.

We came here last week and the blonde server was incredibly rude. The only word, if you can even call it that, or noise she made at us was “mhmm.” No yes, okay, sounds good, no. None of that. Just “mhmm.” It was honestly impressive that that was the only thing she said to us. It could have been a drinking game. What happened to manners? Personality? Some courtesies? The food was okay, but given the service, you can find better within Oconee County.

We went here for dinner with a large group and they were super helpful! Seated us right away. Great service with separate checks. Large and open space. Good food. Chips, salsa and cheese dip were good. Shrimp quesadilla was good...just cheese, shrimp and tortilla. Margaritas was tasty.

How this place doesn't have all 5-star reviews amazes me. I think maybe some of the older reviews aren't great and maybe they made improvements since then, but we go here several times each month and the food and service are always perfect.
