The Station Nutrition

Station Nutrition in Knightdale is hands down one of my favorite spots. The drinks are always fresh, delicious, and made perfectly every time. The staff is super friendly and welcoming—they genuinely make you feel appreciated the moment you walk in. The place itself is clean, bright, and has such a good vibe. You can really tell they care about quality and their customers. If you’re looking for a go-to nutrition spot, this is it. Highly recommend!

On our way to a nearby Publix, we wanted to look for a donut shop on the way. We found this spot. This place was so clean and big! They have a variety of smoothies and teas, and the coffee selection is fairly standard. However, they do offer health boosts for their drinks. We got a snack waffle and donuts. Maybe I missed it somewhere but I did have to ask which toppings they had available. The donuts and waffles were made fresh. They're very filling and delicious! Glad to have found a wonderful spot close by! Highly recommend and will come back for sure.

So excited that we found this place!! After being at the Knightdale station park we stopped here for dessert/drinks with the kids. The smoothies and lemonades are huge portions and so unique - tons of great flavors to choose from. I love that it is a healthier dessert option and also such a cute little atmosphere. The donuts are made-to-order so they’re warm and super fresh. This is a great addition to the area!

I was excited to try this place, but was disappointed when I was given a $10 drink which was expensive and overpriced. Especially considering the drink was very watered down and lacking any flavor, I got strawberry lemonade mega tea. Overall, super cute place and good service with potential but disappointing flavor and price.

I think you've gotta know what you're signing up for with this one. The place is listed as a coffee shop (and I'm sure there is coffee somewhere) but it's definitely a high-pressure add-collagen-and-other-supplements-to-your-drink kind of place. The drink was fine but I get a little suspicious when a place is simultaneously pushing supplements and doughnuts. Menu is hard to find (I couldn't find on Google , IG, or FB at the time of this post) and when you're in the store it's a lot of names without a lot of descriptions. So just know what you're getting into and you'll probably be fine.
