The Spot Espresso Bar & Cafe

In town visiting my Mother-in-law and so excited to find The Spot! Nice to bring a modern flair to Akron. Wanted to try all sorts of things since I’m not here long. So glad I did! LOVED the flatbread and quiche. Had the blueberry crumble tonight- yum and the muffins and strawberry scone will be eaten tomorrow. Great service and so friendly!

The food was amazing, absolutely loved the avocado toast. Smoothies are perfect. It was barely a wait. Would recommend

First time dining in and was not disappointed! I got a London Fog and the Westerner sandwich. The drink was spot on, hot, creamy, sweet, delicious. The sandwich was out of this world. Great space to grab your laptop and get some work done, lots of outlets.

The food was decent but I found a hair in my muffin, there was a blonde who glared at me the entire time and got mad when my girlfriend had pause to choose a muffin. Also I find the religious paintings on the windows offensive as im not a Christian and they're pushing it in my face. 1 star dont reccomend.

Today we tried the Fuzzy Lemonade (with strawberry instead of peach), the Royal Lotus, and a chocolate chip muffin (which is huge!!) Amazing staff and atmosphere. I also LOVE that they support local small businesses, while you are in be sure to check out the displays.
