The lady working at the Akron Iowa store tonight gets 5 ➖ Stars from me went in to grab a couple of beers and a scratch off ticket around 10:30 pm but apparently she went ahead and turned off the scratch off Lotto machine when it clearly states you can buy from open to close was not impressed at all thanks
Store has looked great since the new manager, lots of changes have been positive 🍕👍
It's pretty sad when you have over 8 customers waiting, customers that walked in just to turn around and walk out all the while the counter associate is on her phone texting. NO hello, hi or good morning. Too busy looking at her phone, while it's on the register. Poor customer service!!! Pizza looked old and greasy!!! Time 11 a.m. 09/24/23
Pizza and Sub station always great food options! Have a wonderful staff to help with needs. When filling gas would like to see windshield wash reservoirs filled with fresh cleaner.
Hawarden Casey's is by far the worst hands down. Go in for lunch, nothing in the warmers, doesn't seem like anyone knows what's going on. Not impressed at all. One would think that they would have something in the warmer, not everyone wants a sub sandwich or something else out of the cooler.
