The Soop

I searched for the best Korean restaurants in the area, and this place popped up—wow, am I glad it did! The kalbi was bursting with flavor, and I’m still kicking myself for not ordering extra to take home. The side dishes were all amazing, and the whole meal had me excited from the first bite to the last. This spot absolutely delivered! I highly recommend it and am thrilled to say I’ve found my new go-to Korean restaurant! (loved their tea btw!)

The Soop never disappoints. If you’re craving a fresh, satisfying, and genuinely healthy Korean meal, this place is a must. The owners are wonderfully warm people, and you can feel how passionate they are about the food they serve. Definitely stop and grab a bite before a Thorns or Timbers game here. We’ve been coming for years, and the flavors remain consistently amazing. The atmosphere is inviting, the ingredients are always vibrant and fresh, and every dish is prepared with care. The Soop was the best !! Obsessed with how much thought has been put into each dish! Definitely a place to come and hang out with friends. I so had to unbutton a button to make room for more! 😂

This place is delicious . Fresh healthy Korean food, beer on tap and various drinks. The cashier lady was sweet. I’m coming back again. Chicken katsu is also a must try.

We were so glad we made the stop to this wonderful restaurant! Service was excellent, they were growing microgreens around the restaurant and there is validated parking in the civic garage on the same block! Now on to the food! It was delicious! And I we gazed around the restaurant, the sentiment was shared by all enjoying their meals. Highly recommend!!
