The Snowshoe Hare

Absolutely love this cafe. From the moment you walk in, you’re enveloped in a cozy, warm atmosphere. The coffee is fantastic and they have a lovely selection of pastries that are locally homemade, fresh and delicious. The manager is incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel like a regular from the first visit. And there is seating out back next to the river with a beautiful view of the mountain side. We will definitely be coming to the Snowshoe Hare again.

This place is a true gem. From the delicious coffee to amazing food. We loved it so much on our visit, we went every morning for breakfast. The atmosphere is chill, organic and eclectic. Will definitely be back the next time we’re at Snowshoe!

Such an adorable little coffee shop with just a great vibe. The drinks were very good, and not expensive at all! Love this place♥️

I cannot say enough to express the experience you will find in this little treasure. It's the only open breakfast place around for miles and it was a total delight. It far exceeded expectations. We went 2 mornings in a row and the staff was different each time - and equally as friendly and awesome. The BEC/SEC breakfast croissants were hot and scrumptious. Great chocolate iced coffee felt really indulging eating while overlooking the creek on the cozy back porch. Didn't want to leave, didn't have time to stay long. We will return and shop in the cute shop.

Great space, great coffee, great food, and great company. Whether you're just looking for a hot/iced cup of coffee or a snack, this is the place. They also have a nice little shop of vintage goods and souvenirs.
