The Simple Loaf is simply amazing! From their products to their service, everything is top-notch. I’ve tried their boules, bagels, and coffee, and each one has been incredible. The guava and cheese bread and La Abuelita’s coffee take me right back home to Miami. Not only, will you find delicious bread and great coffee here—you’ll also find a community and friendships that last. Highly recommend!

Excellent products! We purchased the regular sourdough and the Guava and cream cheese and the quality is excellent. The Guava and cream cheese is very flavorful and well balanced. Shirley is the sweetest!

There are no words to express how amazing her breads are. My favorite, the bagels. As a family member, I've seen how she puts so much love into her baking. She truly has a gift and loves people. What started as a way to help her eat bread (stomach issues), she turned it into giving others the chance to truly enjoy bread. She has a heart of gold, she loves baking, and you should give her a try.
