Don’t sleep on The Shed. The staff is friendly and attentive, the atmosphere is bustling and lively, and the food is simply divine. I certainly had the appetite to try everything but my stomach told me otherwise. The green chilis were out of this world and not too spicy. Smoked to perfection, I’m still dreaming about them
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "I have to admit, looking at the place from the outside, my expectations were a bit low. However, after reading so many great reviews online, I knew I had to give it a try! We visited on a Sunday right after the Hot Air Balloon event here in Las Cruces. Even though we had to wait about 45 minutes, let me tell you—it was worth every second! 🎈 While looking at the menu, I noticed almost everyone was ordering the Breakfast Burrito, so I went for it. It’s loaded with eggs, potatoes, brisket, and chorizo, all smothered in their famous Hatch Red Chile and melted cheese. 🌶️🧀 That first bite was absolutely incredible! Pure deliciousness. The combination of the brisket and the red chile is a game-changer. 🤤 If you are in Las Cruces, I recommend this place 100%. Don't let the wait time or the
Wow. Traveling thru area looking for local and good. This was an amazing meal. I had the huevos rancheros with spicy green sauce and a small portion of French toast .
Finally made into The Shed, been on my list for awhile. Ordered the Green Chile Alfredo, one of my favorite fusion dishes. The chicken was really good as was the fettuccine and the Alfredo sauce. Great dish. Restaurant itself is dated and the tablecloth was sticky. Other complaint is I found a piece of metal scrub brush in my food, I reported and showed the server. Heard her and the kitchen staff discussing, they blamed the dishwasher, but they plated the food so still on them. Manager never came to discuss and no concession or apology was offered.
Decided to come here after seeing the reviews on the brisket breakfast enchiladas and they did not disappoint! Also tried the Eggs Benedict with green chile sauce and those were quite tasty. The potatoes and beans need some more salt though.
