This is my Nth time here at Sen Tea House, and I had another really nice experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming without being over the top. The matcha was well made, and I liked that they have more hot drinks for winter. I tried the hojicha, which was a good option since it’s lower in caffeine but still has a solid tea flavor. I also tried a couple of their croffles — Oreo and banana — and both were really good. Not overly sweet, just a nice treat to go with the tea. The space is comfortable and easy to hang out in. Overall, it’s a pleasant spot if you’re looking for good tea and somewhere relaxed to spend some time.

We stopped by around 1pm on a sunday and it was pretty packed. Lots of people studying/ chatting. Only complaint is that it was a little chilly in there, granted it’s cold outside, but when people open the door the heat leaves and it didn’t seem like it was cranked up very high. They have tons of options — we got the vanilla sea salt matcha & the strawberry matcha. They were very good, the vanilla was just the right amount of sweetness, rich matcha, a little bitter alone but you just need to mix it a little. It had the foam on top which tasted a lot like cheese foam if you are familiar, not sweet, but a good balance to the matcha tones. The strawberry one I will say, is very sweet and overpowering , so if that’s not your thing be advised. Overall, would recommend, and i’ll be back!

They’ve got a lot of good options. Highly recommend talking to the staff, they do a good/decent job at recommending the right drink for you. Don’t have the names of exact drinks but they were essentially: Strawberry Matcha, Mango (minus the grapefruit), Something sesame. I’d recommend taking Mango yogurt over the one I took; and maybe ask them to add a shot of some type of tea to elevate the taste.

Instantly loved this place! Unlike at a lot of other places in Denver, the matcha is delicious without being overly sweet. I got the sea salted foam matcha with almond milk and it’s the best matcha drink I’ve had in months—even after trying a few viral matcha cafes in Denver. Although I wish the foam had been a bit thicker, I liked that the drink was so flavorful without feeling heavy. The atmosphere is also great. It’s a bright space with a lot of natural light and there were several groups of people chatting and studying. It feels like a local, authentic spot. I live about 20 minutes away with a lot of other matcha places nearby, but making the drive is worth it. I will definitely come back! I’m excited to try the Vietnamese coffee with sea salted foam next time. Oh and I also recommen

Very relaxed place, we got two matcha drinks one strawberry and one brown sugar. Seriously recommend the brown sugar was a subtle sweet. Strawberry tasted like a really good jam at the bottom
