Eddie V's Prime Seafood

Me and my fiancée did our late Valentine’s dinner here. I reserved a table here actually by mistake lol I was actually thinking of Eddie merlots…BEST MISTAKE EVER!! The BEST seafood and steak place I’ve been to so far! Everything was PHENOMENAL! Jack was our waiter and he was just amazing! Very attentive very fun very knowledgeable great personality! We had: caviar pancake out whatever it was caviar LOL, the wagyu dumplings, calamari, lobster bisque, Cesar salad, scalloped potatoes, bone in ribeye, lamb chops, asparagus, tarte, and chocolate cake. My husband and I came here for a date night and it truly went above and beyond our expectations. The food was absolutely amazing, every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. What made the experience even more special was the staff — they were phenomenal, attentive, and made us feel so welcomed from the moment we walked in. We can’t wait to come back and will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family!

Carly Carly Carly. She’s the best server you’ll ever have. The lamb chops are the best thing on the menu. I’ve had everything. Trust me on that. Gabe is the best manager ever, always making you feel important and special. The valet does their best to live up to the quality of the restaurant, but other than for two of the guys, they regularly fail miserably. The patio is by far the best one in Denver with a view of some of the best super cars in the city.

I have been waiting to go to Eddie Vs for sometime. We decided to come the day after Valentine’s Day and we were glad with our choice to come here. There was complimentary valet parking which made it easy to get into the restaurant. Due to it being after Valentine’s Day it still felt fairly busy. We started off with bread (French) served with butter, kind of plain and was not warm (5/10). For our appetizer we tried the lobster tacos which were much better than I expected 10/10. For our salad course we had both a wedge (6/10) and the warm goat cheese salad (7/10). The steaks were a little bit of a disappointment, the 22oz bone in ribeye was best, a little under seasoned but well cooked (6.5/10). We celebrated my wife's birthday at Eddie V's and had an absolutely amazing time! Not only is the setting perfect for the experience of an event like that, but the quality, presentation, and flavor of the food is top level. The wine selection is one of the best I have ever seen. We were so impressed we celebrated again with our 18 year old on his birthday two weeks later and the experience was just as over-the-top. I highly recommend, this culinary crew knows what they do well and their performance shines!
