This was my first visit to 'The Seed Coffee + Juice Bar' it was FANTASTIC! I ordered the 'Red Velvet Latte' and the 'Everything Bagel Bomb' my boyfriend ordered the 'Cinamon Honey Latte' and the 'Pistachio Bomb' and they were THE BOMB! The coffee was really good and the bagels were the bomb! They had the perfect amount of cream cheese and the bread was a light, fluffy, flaky, dough. Love the ambiance, the service was nothing special I would say. Maybe it's because we entered early on a Sunday morning, but it was fine.

I visit Florida several times a year, and every trip includes a dedicated stop in Boca specifically so I can visit The Seed. It’s one of my absolute favorite coffee and matcha shops in the country—easily top-tier. I first tried The Seed last summer at their Delray Beach location and loved their seasonal matcha (pretty sure it was piña colada). On this recent trip, I headed straight to the original Boca location and ordered a strawberry matcha within minutes of landing. It was just as amazing as I remembered. The following morning, after a painfully heavy dinner the night before, I switched to coffee and asked for something strong. Excellent spot for remote workers! Fast WiFi, plenty of outlets, and very comfortable seating. The food is delicious and the overall environment is just lovely. 10/10 would recommend if you need to get some work done in a great atmosphere.

Great vibes and atmosphere. The strawberry latte was 😋 the acai bowl was kinda lame. Super pricey with hardly any fruit other than bananas. I think I got like eight blueberries? And when you pay extra for add-ons there's like a tiiiiny sized sprinkling. But coffee is good, vibes are good. Lots of outlets and places to work.

I got an iced caramel latte with cold foam and a key lime pie bagel bomb and it was absolutely delicious. The bagel was very soft and the Keylime hit the spot. Just as if I was going to bite into a Keylime pie. The coffee tasted fresh And definitely coming back! The service was fast and easy. The cashier made it easy for me to find a coffee that I Desired.
