Did a walk in for some gumbo and I must say this is the first time Ive been given gumbo with rice already in it so that's kinda off putting for me as far as the presentation goes. My biggest concern is the customer service here as in most places it needs some tweaking. A young lady helped me after telling me to hold on for several minutes, and I guess having conversations with fellow employees about a pending issue who knows. When someone enters your establishment greet them, that should be standard for every person within view. Two different men behind the counter not one opens their mouth and speaks or asks if customers been helped? Felt more of a burden than a customer. Price went up by 5$ and food quality went down by 90 points since I last came here. Food was cold since the server got my phone number wrong and when I called to check it’s someone’s PERSONAL NUMBER 😳 butter sauce is extremely salty, old or have any condition relating to salt? Skip this place! Yes I still ate it, it’s no refunds!

If I could give 0 stars I would. We spent 144.00 for 3 boil bags and it was horrible. Watery, Plain but salty at the same time. It’s not to compare too. Crab leg didn’t have no meat in it. Eggs tasted like it was a white picked egg. I’m very disappointed

The wings were cold. The sauce on the wing was watered down wing had no crunch at all. I didn’t even order how wings but that’s what they gave me. I didn’t feel like waiting another 30 minutes for more food so i took it. NOT WORTH THE MONEY

I ordered a shrimp plate and a catfish and shrimp plate with double hush puppies. Hands down it was very delicious my food was fresh and the customer service was outstanding. My dad loved his fish and shrimp we will be back next week
