The Restaurant Store - Baltimore East

Had a fantastic experience at *The Restaurant Store, Baltimore*! The wide collection of restaurant items here was top-notch — Food items , vessels , cleaning items and etc . The ambiance was clean and welcoming. Special thanks to *Michael* on staff — he was incredibly helpful, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. His friendly attitude and professionalism really stood out. Highly recommend this place for restaurant service items .

Amazing, friendly and well trained staff ( but please note that staff become VERY hostile and very unfriendly if you are in the store after closing hours - better training needed and the store needs to clarify their policy when it comes to closing times)

Purchased a commercial stainless steel table with extra shelf and the two tier top shelving unit attachment. I purchased it via their online internet store. Customer service was helpful when I had a question about pricing. Prompt shipping. Product arrived unblemished but was missing four screws to attach the top shelving unit to the table. They really aren't needed, but I will replace them. Product quality was better than that available elsewhere and at a reasonable price. Would recommend.

Great spot to go for anyone who values food and cooking. Something for beginner home chefs through high end restaurant gear. Never leave disappointed!

The workers are very helpful! They'll help you find and carry whatever you need esp heavy items. Not sure if it's for security reasons but they do help you take your items to the car which for me was really great as I would not have been able to lift them and load them into my truck.
