The Reserve

First time here. We had such a great dinner and experience! Live acoustic guitar music, great service, and very good food! Probably the best Wedge Salad I’ve had.

Our family of five (kids are 13, 10 and 8) just enjoyed a wonderful dinner at The Reserve. The food was impeccable and the service was Deer Valley quality. The food highlights were the wild boar meatballs, venison tenderloin, pappardelle forestiere, filet mignon, and smoked gouda mac n cheese. Our kids were struggling to agree on two desserts so Vitor surprised them and brought all three: churros with huckleberry gelato (to die for), chocolate hazelnut strip cake, and blueberry white chocolate cheesecake. Alfred provided phenomenal service start to finish and we couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience on our first night at Tamarack. Recommend 11/10.

Mary at The Reserve is truly exceptional. On a busy Friday night when the restaurant was completely packed and we didn’t have reservations, she went above and beyond to help us. Despite the chaos, she remained calm, professional, and incredibly accommodating. Somehow she managed to get us a table, which absolutely made our night. Her kindness and genuine willingness to help stood out right away. It’s rare to encounter someone who balances professionalism with such a warm and welcoming attitude. Thanks to Mary, what could have been a disappointing evening turned into a fantastic experience!

Went into The Reserve on a busy Friday celebrating an acheivment with family, we did not realize it was Snowfort and did not make reservations. The entire staff, namely the manager Mary, went above and beyond to make us comfortable and fit us into a very busy night! We had a great meal, great drinks & great service. The care they have for their guests and the experience they are giving people is easy to see! Will definitely be back.
