The Rafters Bed & Breakfast

Colleen’s place is AMAZING! The location is perfect. It is close to everything, parking right outside the door, easy check in, easy entry. We had a few drinks downstairs in the cigar lounge which were top notch AND enjoyed the aroma of the cigars while chatting with the owners. The rooms were fully stocked… shampoo, bath gel, hair dryer, towels, washcloths (even a dark one especially for makeup removal!), poop spray, snacks, water and plenty of outlets! The kitchen was ALSO stocked with coffee, tea, MORE snacks, items for breakfast, cups, silverware and a full fridge we could keep our leftovers and drinks in! The building….. ahhhh, the building! It’s beautiful! The tall ceilings, the history, the creaky stairs(which I love that sort of thing!), the balcony (we opted for the Balcony Suit

This is a great spot to center your Hermann adventure. They offer bright clean rooms and have a wonderful host. We suggest you try the mimosas and the cigar lounge courtyard. |Park the car, lace up those tennis shoes and walk to several fun spots.

We loved the rooms and service and location the only thing that we didnt like was the constant smoke smell for two non smokers it was a lot. The Room had high ceilings and beautiful. Very kind people, Location was very nice and convenient.

We absolutely loved our stay here! You are within walking distance of everything in town and the room was clean and comfortable. We had no issue with the cigar smoke as some previous reviews had noted. The scones and coffee in the morning were so good and they also provide a couple other breakfast items as well. We would highly recommend this place to any couple looking for a place to stay and we will definitely be back!

Still currently staying here. Our room is amazing and comfortable! The cigar shop is has an amazing atmosphere and the smell is amazing. We will definitely be staying again and can't wait to come back here.
