I happened upon the Quirky Mac at a festival in Foley and am so glad I decided to give them a try. The owner was lovely and informative. It’s obvious that she is a passionate and skilled baker! The macarons were delicious, and the selection of flavors was unique and delightful. I’m thrilled to learn that she has a storefront in Daphne and will be visiting often. Macarons are my absolute favorite, so I was excited when I saw this place on Google. They had a wide selection of flavors. I ate 3 in the car before I even made it home and they were all phenomenal! So far I have tried the strawberry milkshake, brown butter pistachio, and blackberry cheesecake. I can’t wait to try the rest! I would highly recommend them. The service was also wonderful.
