Awesome service and great food!! These guys work as a team and take care of everyone. The burger was really good and it was a nice size beef patty which is unusual in my experience. My husband had the fried chicken sandwich and I normally would have tried but it was on rye and that’s a hard pass for me. My best friend had a club sandwich which was huge, with potato salad of which was too peppered in my opinion. Her boyfriend had a French dip with chicken but it wasn’t a classic French dip, it was different but he liked it enough. We got 2 chocolate silk pie slices to share and I was the only one that didn’t care for it, it was way to rich and sweet for me. All and all it was delicious and although the tables were kind of too close together it was still a nice visit.
I love to leave glowing reviews on locally owned restaurants, and when we walked in, I really thought that's what I'd be doing. The yard and restaurant are absolutely precious, and the food tastes good. However, there's about 1/2 to 1/4 as much food as there ought to be. I understand shrinkflation, but I'd gladly have paid a little more to have enough food not to leave hungry. I got the soup and salad. The corn chowder and Caesar salad were very good. Would love to have had more! My husband had a Reuben sandwich with chips. The sandwich was perfect, he just would have loved more chips. If you're not very hungry, both the indoor and outdoor seating is adorable, the staff is very friendly, and the prices aren't bad at all.
OHHHHHH MYYYYYYYYY GOODNESS TRY THIS!!!! My son and I decided to get a little breakfast this morning and try someplace new and Google Maps took us here…and I’m so glad they did. There is indoor and outdoor seating, small business, really quick service but not rushed, and the food was so delicious. The gravy on my biscuits and gravy tasted just like homemade gravy my grandma made growing up. My son got a breakfast burrito and the tortillas were fresh not the nasty store bought kind. Pricing was perfect now we’re gonna buy some muffins and cookies on the way out lol.
We found this hidden gem in Daphne, Al. We were pleasantly surprised- my husband had their quiche special(conecuh sausage, green pepper, onions& cheddar cheese) served with your choice of bread. (Banana nut, blueberry, sourdough, wheat, rye, French toast, plain or biscuits) unreal!!!! And came with an assortment of fresh fruit!!!! He said was delicious!!!!! I had the ham, cheese & mushroom omelette and I opted for the blueberry bread, came with grits and fresh fruit. I also had their special watermelon tea (Loved it!!!). We had our choice of eating inside or outside! We opted for inside- was cozy and quaint! Outside was well laid out with plenty of tables w/umbrellas and lots of shade - Also dog friendly!!!! Big plus!!!!! They even had a game area set up so people could participate.
Food Having previously visited this restaurant for breakfast and brunch, we were thoroughly impressed, which led us to bring our group of six for lunch following a dance recital. It certainly did not disappoint. • Appetizers: We kicked off our meal with a side salad and a cup of the day's special soup—a delightful cream of chicken with vegetables—both of which were excellent choices. • Main Courses: Our selections for the main course included a delightful assortment: ◦ A kid's meal featuring a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with fruit ◦ A Mystic Reuben served with chips ◦ Two Cafe Burgers—one on a croissant with bacon and the other on a plain bun ◦ The Tybee Island Club accompanied by potato salad ◦ Today’s special quiche served with fruit ◦ Two side orders of crab cakes All of our cho
