The Posh Bagel

Online orders are a mess and expensive here. Their own website doesn’t list most of the items. If you use Uber Eats or other apps everything is marked up approx 1.5 to 2 dollars per item. That adds up quickly. Most restaurants do this but this is a markup of nearly 20% in addition to your delivery fees and platform fees. That is outrageous. See photos for real prices in store. Worse, there is no guarantee that they will even process your order. I had to pay a premium for online delivery and then come and wait in store for 30 min to get my order. This is the second time this has happened. I like supporting local but this business is not getting any more of my support.

$22 dollars for a BLT and large Boboa Tea. I'm weak. Roughly $16 for a Blt croissant sandwich; slice of bacon, maybe two, cheese, piece of lettuce folded in half, and a, slice of tomato. I asked for onions which is an add on, and I opted out. I was disappointed in the quality of the sandwich particularly because the price appears to have increased and the portion significantly reduced. I'd have more respect and provide repeat business if they would consider loading the sandwich with veggies to make it hearty. Otherwise I would give more stars for the quality of food which I believe to be good.

It's very expensive, and the gentleman was rude and unwilling to help; I didn't receive good service. The chips are expensive—$3 is crazy—and they were small.

Honestly think this place is overrated. I paid $12 for a veggie bagel and I am not OK with that. I could have easily bought a meal for that price. Not going to come back to this place again. There is another place in Dublin called the Bagel café. Their prices are much more reasonable. . The Bagel I got was OK. It was nothing out of the ordinary that I would pay so much money for.

I wait in line to pay $11 for a bagel with sausage egg cheddar and I had asked for chive cream cheese but they gave me actual chives. Luckily I noticed and walked back to correct the situation. Instead of giving me the cream cheese they tell me I have to pay $2 additional. Didn't I technically pay when u rang me up for extra chives? I explicitly said cream cheese twice. I was unsatisfied with this customer service after having to walk back and wait for the next person to finish ordering to charge me for the cream cheese. On top of this their website has no sandwiches to order in advance and door dash does not work either. They have failed to fix the website or doordash for more than a week now.
