The Poké Republic - West Cary

We recently went to Hawaii and fell in love with Poké bowls there. These are just as good! Large servings and fair pricing. Fresh and GF options for sauces and toppings. This has become a weekly staple in my house!

We finally made it to The Poke Republic today—been meaning to check it out since it opened. I got the Over the Rainbow bowl, and my wife ordered the Kahuna Bowl. Both were super tasty. Really happy with the flavor and portions. We’ll definitely come back again when we get the chance.

LOVED this place. So many excellent options, both with the menu bowls and customizations. The staff was really great about changing things up in the bowls and the portion sizes were generous! I loved the umami shoyu sauce with tuna and salmon in a custom bowl. Will be back again and again!

New Poke in town. Nice place, great location and the Poke is good. The size options is off, regular is more like a tiny, large is a small. If they can fix the size options and adding brown rice as option, it would be perfect.

One of the best meals I've eaten in a long time. Food was really fresh & delicious. Made my own bowl & staff helped with recommendations. Boba was so good. Will be back soon!
