Absolutely Exceptional Wedding Cake Experience! We ordered our wedding cake from Bella Cake, and it was one of the best decisions we made for our special day. Sabrina is an incredibly talented pâtissier with an amazing eye for elegance and flavor. She made us a vanilla cake with mango buttercream, and it was nothing short of perfection. The cake was exceptionally soft, light, and delicate—it literally melted in our mouths. The mango buttercream was beautifully balanced: fresh, not overly sweet, and paired flawlessly with the vanilla sponge. We had such a lovely experience working with Sabrina to make our wedding cake. From the tasting to the concept design, to the delivery, everything was clear and prompt, with timely responses. The cake was delicious, so soft, with light buttercream and bean paste flowers on top. We were sad when it was finished! For the top tier we did chocolate cake with light lemon buttercream, which tasted so different than what we'd expect, but was really unique and lovely, almost floral in its lightness. And the bottom tier was vanilla cake with strawberry buttercream inside and vanilla on the outside to keep the coloring, and it was just delightful. We hope to order from Bella Cake again for an occasion in the future!

I did an extensive local search to procure a specialty cake for my daughter's Hamilton themed birthday and could not have been happier to discover Bella Cake in Cary. Their website contained a stellar gallery that proved to me they had the chops to pull off any creation. Sabrina answered my email enquiry promptly and after a short back and forth of ideas, we locked in a plan and the cake exceeded our expectations and was done on time. I was surprised by my family with this Matcha Labubu cake for my 21st birthday— Sabrina took the silly request and truly went above and beyond with this cake. The visuals were perfect and stayed intact even during an hour long car ride, and the matcha flavor was very tasty, especially because the soft texture. Would recommend!
