The Pointe on Badgers Island

I would have given it 5 stars IF my son who’s 6 wasn’t with us... because it’s super NOT kid friendly, although our server was super sweet to us! Leave the kids at home seemed to be the theme ...but we do not... we just eat early! I love that they served my beer in a chalice as I detest mugs (women like beer too lol) .. my son had the Chicken and waffles, he loved it (no kids menu, but we don’t mind that) I had the Lobster and crab linguine , hubby had a Lobster roll! It was all very good! They LOOK like small portions but they aren’t.. it’s the dishes they use to plate... we will be back... without kids so we can enjoy the scenery! The location is superb!

EVERYTHING we ate was so good I would have ordered a second one on the spot if I could have finished it all. We sat on the water and the service was spot on. An additional tip, they have blankets for you if you get a little chilly and that was a wonderful addition. If you can't find parking in the actual parking lot, there is additional parking at the top of the hill NEXT to the parking for the marina. Run .... now ... go eat at the Pointe.

Food was great. Service was great. Great views. This a tapas restaurant, most dishes are small. Not what we expected initially. Excellent place to eat outside on a warm evening, great views. Plenty of parking.

Amazing place for dinner, very close to the river and most enjoyable place for a pint of beer at summer, very nice view.

Great view of downtown Portsmouth. The food is good. The drinks could be better but the scenery makes up for it
