State Line Lobster

Amazing meal today! Definite Five Star recommendation! The food was beyond excellent—we shared the fried smelt appetizer and a clam dinner. My husband loves fried clams and knows when they are top notch. I had never tried smelts before and they were just delicious. I’m already hungry for more! The best part of all was the owner/chef’s personal service. Thank you, Jason! We will be back next week!!

Wow! What a great find. The 6 oz lobster roll is gigantic and the bread/roll was griddled to perfection. Great little spot. Nice and warm and inviting inside. The folks running the place could t have been nicer and the place is new and very clean. We had 6oz lobster roll, a 3 oz lobster roll and a clam roll. All very good. They have beer and wine, but we were hung over a bit and I had a Moxie and wife got a coke. All for a $100! The music selection was great. They played my favorite band. GD! If you’re in or near Kittery you should give them a try. We try and hit all the lobster spots and this one was super good! Good job everyone.

Had a light breakfast and was starving. Glad I found this family run seafood spot on our way to Acadia NP. Good variety and simple menu, prices seemed fair. We came here for the lobster roll based on the photos on the reviews. This was our first lobster roll for this trip and my boyfriend’s first! 😱🤯 It didn’t disappoint. We got the 6oz Deluxe and I could’ve ate it all myself haha. The roll was yummy too. We also got the chowder and we’ve been having one everyday. It’s light and less creamy with plenty of flavour. We like it this way. Our last one was thick and creamy from Portsmouth and this was better. Food came out fresh. Owner and staff were friendly. Outdoor and indoor seating, and plenty of parking available. Cheers!

The best seafood restaurant in town no question. So many options (even for those who don’t want seafood). Service is quick. Employees are incredibly friendly. Food is unbelievably delicious. Everything is so fresh. Sauces are homemade. I could go on forever. If you’re looking for an amazing meal, look no further. Pictured: hot buttered lobster roll, haddock & chips, feta brussels sprouts, corn & cheddar pie (highly recommend all of them)

The lobster roll with butter was one of the best cuisines I’ve ever eaten in my life. If you are in the area looking for an authentic Maine lobster roll, this is the place to stop! The employees were kind and welcoming and there are indoor and outdoor eating options, making for a relaxed atmosphere with lots of seating. We came back two days in a row during our long weekend in Kittery and did both takeout and dine in, you can’t go wrong either way. We will definitely be back and highly recommend stopping here!
