The Players' Pub

Atmosphere was nice, the food was not great for the prices they are charging. my husband's pork chop was good, but the sides were not. he ordered a side Caesar salad and he said it was food but it was an entre size not side. I had the steak sandwich and it was terrible. there was more bread than steak. and the steak was chopped so small it was almost like ground beef and the onions all mixed in like sloppy Joe's. the frozen French fries were ok but for $25 not worth the money at all. Our server is what made our experience unpleasant.Her name is Teshawn, she acted as if we were an inconvenience, she was very short with us , with some very fake pleasantries sprinkled in. Had an amazing experience at The Players Pub thanks to our server, Kevin. He was incredibly personable and made us feel welcome right from the start. His recommendations were spot on — you can tell he really knows the menu and cares about making sure guests have a great time inside and outside of the restaurant. Kevin’s energy and attentiveness turned a good afternoon into a great one. Definitely ask for him if you go — he’s a solid part of what makes this place special!

A great place for a quick bite and drinks, or a nice meal. A little pricy but worth the money. Really friendly staff and exceptional service, plus a variety of options for seating. Really just a great all around pub!

The food and atmosphere were good however the service was not. What could have been a 30 minute meal, turned into 2 hours accompanied by rude service and a waitress who acted as if we were a complete inconvenience to her (Teshawn). In addition to this, as a party of 6 we were charged automatic gratuity which we do not mind however on the menu it states 8 people or more and then we receive terrible service. When visiting a top resort this is definitely not the experience that you hope for. Completely disappointed.

Went there with low expectations but still was disappointed with trout (tasteless, greasy and way overpriced for what it was. Our table ordered flatbread, pretzel(good), chicken wings (nothing special) and fried pickles (interesting and good). But overall I was very disappointed .
