La Tela Pizzeria

We recently ordered takeout from La Tela Pizzeria. The pizza itself was decent and had good flavor overall. That said, the crust was a bit tough and did not chew easily, even while it was still warm, which took away from the experience. We also ordered the pear salad and were a little disappointed to find only two small slivers of pear on it. For a salad centered around that ingredient, we expected a bit more balance. I would be open to trying La Tela again, but next time I would probably dine in rather than order takeout. It seems like the food might be better experienced fresh out of the oven in the restaurant.

We had an outstanding experience at La Tela Pizzeria! We happened upon this restaurant and it was super busy, but we were able to take a seat at the counter. We had great service and we enjoyed watching the kitchen in action. The star of our dinner was homemade lasagne …from scratch mozzarella, noodles, sauce and etc! Such a delicious dish! Our pizza was amazing as well! I can highly recommend this place!

One of my all time favorite spots. Great atmosphere and service. For an Italian restaurant in a vacation spot in South Carolina, La Tela can hold its own with many excellent pizzerias in most places! Wonderful food and memories.

This was a great experience. This is not your average pizza stop. Everything was made from scratch. The noodles were amazing. We ordered a pizza and chicken parmesan was amazing. The sauce with sausage ground up was awesome! We would defined go back.

I had the cavetilli and it was good. husband had the chicken parm both with the sausage sauce. Very good and enough for me to have left overs for lunch the next day. ingredients were fresh and homemade. Also had the tiramisu which we shared and was delicious. It was very light and was not over powering. We would go back. our server Kristy was very nice and good recommendations. Oh the Lavender Martini was good too.
