The Phoenix Restaurant

Stopped in for breakfast, greeted by an enthusiastic woman who made our visit all that much better! Hard working mom of two boys, just like my wife, with similar interests.... Could they be, long lost, unknowing best-friends??? Breakfast was delightful. I had the Cacoila and Cheese Roll Benny with the house coffee! We'll be back!

This place has the absolute best breakfast around! The Portuguese omelette is bomb, coffee is delicious, pancakes are the best I’ve ever had and their specials are always awesome. As good as the food is the staff is even better! Highly recommend this place to every and any one.

It's an okay diner and relatively inexpensive. The service and atmosphere varies depending on the day and time - sometimes it's prompt, sometimes it's VERY loud. The people are genuine (good days and bad days) without saccharine fake happiness. They do fun themed restaurant decorating (anything from Minecraft to Patriots game day). The food isn't bad, but it's not high quality, more on par with getting McD's, so plenty of people will enjoy the food, but if you're wanting sausage that doesn't make you squirm when considering the ingredients or pancakes made from scratch, consider other options.

I had eggs Benedict, but the pic showed ham on the side, which with Canadian bacon on the Benny, I thought it was redundant. So I said can I get it with sausage, instead of the ham, thinking it would be on the side like the pic. Nope they added it to the Benny on this giant cheese roll 🤢. The home fries were old as well. Well when I ordered what I thought I was ordering, sausage on the side @12.00, they put it the other way and charged me for "eggs sausage Benny" and charged me 15 dollars! I told her, when she asked, because my plate was still full, that I didn't like any of it. She offered to get me something else, uhhh no. But no offer to discount me or anything, bad business dude. The wait staff, amazing gals.

I love going to The Phoenix. I go with all my family at least a couple of times a month. The owners wife is the friendliest person, such a sweetheart. I even get hugs. Love this place and the food is delicious breakfast or lunch!!!
