The Peppermill Family Restaurant

Great family feel. Met up with a dear friend I haven't seen in about 10 years the staff did not mind her and I drinking coffee and chatting.

Very friendly place. The menu has enough choices to please everyone without being overwhelming. My biggest shout out is for the Adirondack fries and homemade dressings. Absolutely try the ranch …it tastes like sour cream and onion potato chips and is completely addicting. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Great local find and highly recommended.

Went on Thanksgiving. The waitress was outstanding; great personality and very attentive. I was expecting a mediocre meal, but the choices (my husband and myself both had the filet mignon) were far more than we were expecting. Cole slaw, potatoes, salad, steak and rolls were excellent. My husband also had carrot cake which was also excellent. The dinner (which included two drinks for myself and my husband plus dessert for my husband) came to about $60 per person…which was what most restaurants were asking for just a turkey dinner! Food temperatures could have been a bit warmer and the draft from the door was a pain, but kudos. Will be back!

Experience was amazing! First time we'd ever been to this restaurant! Love the hometown feel! Food was absolutely delicious! If we ever have reason to be in Glens Falls again we will for sure be dining here again!

Nostalgic place. I used to go there when I was just a toddler with my great grandmother. It has changed hands and ownership, but the vibes are still the same. Old-school diner setting is really nice and rare to find these days in this area.
