Common Roots Café at the Bierhall & Barrel House

Local here but first timer. My friend and I had the power bowls, which were huge. We also split the cinnamon sugar pretzel bites, also great, and our iced coffees were delicious too. This space is absolutely beautiful and I plan to host an event here in the future.

Common Roots Coffee is such a gem! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, the staff is always friendly, and everything they serve is top-notch. My wife and I always split the breakfast burrito with a side of crispy potatoes—it’s the perfect amount and absolutely delicious every time. We love sitting inside by the fireplace on colder days, and the outdoor space with Adirondack chairs and fire pits are super nice and relaxing when the weather’s good. You can really tell they put care into the whole experience. It’s definitely our favorite local spot—highly recommend!

A cozy atmosphere! Staff is incredibly welcoming. A great place to just sit and chill or get some work done. The company is community oriented too which is a huge plus.

Went to the Cafe for a latte, latte was great and service with a smile! They have oat and almond milk to choose from. Ordered an egg breakfast sandwich which was great on their house made biscuits. Sat outside with my dog around the fire and enjoyed everything! Will be back!

Waited a bit to order, one of the burritos wasn’t made when we ordered so it took extra time and we didn’t get to eat at the same time. Second burrito wasn’t what we ordered. Had sausage instead of bacon and had no cheese. Burrito is mostly tortilla not much egg. Coffee was not hot. Just not a good experience, and I really had high hopes based on the reviews. If we try the regular brewery for drinks and food I really hope it will be a better experience.
