If there were 10 stars I’d mark them. What a place . It has everything great people , great food and great atmosphere. We are from Lexington VA visiting for a concert at Zoellner Center tonight. We are going to stay over due to the snow/ ice. Lucky us we are .4 miles from this gem! Thank you Billy et al. We will be back.
Everything was absolutely amazing! We were a party of three. Our waitress was absolutely the sweetest person! The food was amazing and when there was an issue with one of our items it was resolved right away! The hospitality and food is like no other! I'll definitely be back. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for delicious food and amazing atmosphere and staff!
OMG!!! Never eaten a perfectly cooked omelette in a diner. So moist and full of flavour. Tyey sure use real eggs and quality ingredients. And the croissant french toast was 😋 yummy. Definitely recommend this place
we had time to waste before our job started so we stopped in for breakfast, and instantly found it to be a buried diamond. Small, quiet and maybe 10 tables at most, our waitress was professional yet funny and very good to us. if you are in town def. recommend stopping in for breakfast!! 💯💯💯
We came early. The morning was bright. The kind that makes you feel clean inside. The kind that makes you want coffee and something hot to eat. Amber ordered the Skutchy. She said the name like a secret. It came crisped and folded, warm and golden, dusted with sugar like snow on the high mountains. Potatoes beside it, browned with purpose, no nonsense. I had the weekly special. Something new, something daring. A sandwich that carried weight and meaning. Sharp greens, meat slow-cooked with care, drizzled with something dark and sweet. It filled the plate and the belly. The coffee was good. Hot, honest. Shannon made sure the cups never stayed empty long. She moved with grace, and when she spoke, you listened. Her voice had that thing. Warmth and story, like a fire that doesn’t smoke. Bill
