The Pawlet Station Restaurant

The Pawlet Station Wonderful local restaurant in the heart of the villag e of Pawlet ,VT. Small and quiet, great for a romantic date. Also great for kids my 12 yr old loved the mozzarella sticks and the bacon/cheese hamburger( lots of yummy bacon). Nice staff.

We have now visited multiple times. This time I had delicious chocolate chip pancakes and my companion had the Vermont raspberry pancakes with real VT maple syrup. And the bacon cooked to personal perfection. The atmosphere is fun, eating while watching the cooks. The service is also good. My coffee cup was never empty. A new favorite breakfast spot.

3rd review: This place is such a gem! It’s cozy, staff is super friendly and the food is so, so good. 2nd review: This dish was the best breakfast I had in a long time. Homemade rasberry jam, perfectly toasted sourdough bread from a local bakery, a delicious omelette with seasonal veggies and perfectly fried, hand-cut French fries. Heaven! 1st review: This place is absolutely wonderful! Great food, nice atmosphere and extremely friendly staff. Definitely stop by here!

Great food, relaxed atmosphere and excellent service!

Wonderful breakfast sandwich. And on the weekend they serve breakfast till 2pm. The other big plus was fried potatoes. Way better than other places in the same neighborhood. Fast and friendly service. Menu had some other breakfast items that sound really good. But I was really hungury and the sandwich was the best choice.
