The Pantry KC

We used The Pantry KC to cater our brunch-themed wedding, and it was one of the best decisions we made! Dee was absolutely lovely to work with. She is welcoming, vivacious, and knowledgeable, and we felt that she truly cared for us as clients. My husband is also Australian, so he really connected with her Welsh background (similar food profiles). She gave great suggestions to match our vision and explained how everything would work logistically. Our guests loved the food--especially the cinnamon rolls, which we had in place of traditional wedding cake! We look forward to returning to The Pantry KC for a memorial anniversary treat.

This is the cutest little bakery in lenexa! I went here at the suggestion of a friend's father and couldn't have been more surprised by the quality of everything in this shop. They have both savory and sweet options, but the sweet options are definitely what you should come here for. I had a strawberry tres leches croissant, the frittata, and coffee. Everything was delicious. I hope more people go to The Pantry KC in Lenexa so that it doesn't stay a hidden gem! The staff was also incredibly friendly and it seems like they have a lot of regulars already. A number of people told us that they come there every weekend. Definitely check this place out if you are in the area!

I don't even know how to start this review other than saying how amazing The Pantry KC is. Dee and her husband are some of the kindest people with some amazing baking skills. I've had the pleasure of visiting The Pantry for a good breakfast on the weekends and working with them to cater the dessert for my wedding. Both experiences have been out of this world. When we visit for breakfast on the weekends, the variety of goodies available is huge and sooooo tasty. Im sad I only started visiting in 2022! As for them catering for my wedding, what a GREAT experience!! Dee was so responsive to my emails and I never felt stressed picking desserts or going over the details. Well Lenexa you have a great bakery @thepantrykc , jealous it is not in walking distance of me! They are open Saturday and Sunday to the public from 8-3. They owner is kind and so passionate about her goodies. I had the cream cheese raspberry cruffin and OMG so good. The sugar on the outside, the layers of buttery dough, and the cream cheese. Great Saturday treat. Also got the breakfast sandwich on a croissant. The egg was runny, the thick bacon was crispy but not over cooked, and the CROISSANT!!! It is everything I want in a breakfast sandwich. I wanted to try everything so I will be back for cookies and scones with English clotted cream.

The Pantry has very quickly become my go to breakfast and dessert location. The food is amazing and very clearly created with love and care. The coffee comes from a local roaster and is so delicious and smooth. Today I learned that they make breakfast burritos, and they are easily the best breakfast burritos I have ever had. I found this lovely shop by complete accident one day, and am so happy I did. I cannot stress enough, everyone who enjoy sweets, breakfast, or even just a cup of coffee has to visit The Pantry at least once in their life! Keep up the good work!
