The Original FAMOUS Bagel Dock Cafe

This is one of the most amazing treasures in Calabash. I lucked into them on a recent trip and I wish I had more room to try several more things. There is so much variety that even the pickiest of eaters will find something that wows them. I can’t wait to go back.

Very delicious! There was a very long line but after getting the food, it was obvious why. The bagels are perfect - not too doughy and have a crispy outside. I got the Ragin Cajun on a Chesapeake cheddar bagel and I'll get it again Even though the line was long, the food didn't take too long to come out.

Everyone is Extremely Helpful and Nice! Especially Amber!!! It was Danielle's First Day and You would have NOT known as she as well as Amber both went over and Beyond to make Our First Experience with Bagel company a Pleasant one...The Bagels and Atmosphere was so Great we went back again the next day and I will Continue to return when I visit the area...

My family and I went here for the first time for lunch and enjoyed sandwiches, all served with a side of potato, macaroni, or coleslaw, and pickle. The sandwiches were freshly made and seasoned well. The menu is extensive with something for everyone, including scrumptious looking pastries and cookies. We will definitely be going back to try other menu items.

My wife and I make it a point to visit Bagel Dock almost every morning when we vacation several times a year at Ocean Isle. I read some previous haters comments about pricing and too many menu options…pricing is in line with food prices everywhere else and the service from staff is the friendliest it could be (even when they’re crazy busy). The electronic menus do show A LOT of options but you have plenty of time in line to decide what you might like to order; plus, the cashiers are patient and very willing to help you decide. The bagels options seem endless, with so many combinations and pairings with the different cream cheeses. Don’t get frustrated, get happy about all the possibilities! I usually get the Bacon Egg Cheese or Sausage Egg Cheese on either the Chesapeake Cheddar or Bacon
