The One Roast Beef & Pizzeria

I love this place! Every time my family comes down to Yarmouth we make sure to stop by for a couple of meals. I get the Buffalo Chicken finger salad at least once as they add just the right amount of sauce and the batter on the chicken is not heavy or greasy. The calzones are stuffed with delicious ingredients and we are always taking home leftovers for the beach. I wish I could buy a dozen loaves of the bread they serve with the salads!

I come here every week. Pizza is fire. The sauce is so good. The super beef is addicting. Their calzones dont look great in the pictures online but believe me they're good. The calzones can run you around $33 for a large but worth every penny and can feed a large family. I've only tried the steak so far for calzones but I'm going back today to try another

I have a summer timeshare just a 5-10 minute walk from One. I eat here every other day. I'm just not local the other days. You can get different things so you can switch it up. Other reviewers described things better than I could. See you in a few months.

Honestly this was some of the best pizza I’ve ever had! The cheese went all the way to the crust, it was done in 15 mins and the crust was crunchy and delicious. Definitely recommend!

Very large delicious portions. Staff was amazing and kind. Prompt. Clean restaurant eating area. Good parking.
