The Mighty Crab (NLR)

After ordering the 4-piece catfish basket with onion rings from the west Little Rock Mighty Crab location and being overly satisfied and pleased with both the fish and onion rings, I thought I would be just as pleased with the North Little Rock location…WRONG! The food was trash! The onion rings were made from minced onions, unlike the Little Rock location’s onion rings that are made from sliced onions. The North Little Rock’s Mighty Crab’s fish had no seasoning and it was paper thin. I’m so disappointed. Poor quality onion rings and fish. I wasted 16 dollars and I am not happy about it! Lol

The fried food was really good. We tried the fried calamari for our appetizer and I am very happy to announce that I now have found a restaurant that have crispy and cooked just right calamari! I will go back over and over just for that. For our entrees, I got the fried catfish basket with rice, hubby got the fried shrimp and Cajun fries, and a side of fried chicken wings. All three were seasoned well, very crispy and served hot! Our server was attentive and professional! We'll be back soon!

Originally marked a 5/5 for food and 4s for service and atmosphere, but the service has been dipping over time. What really takes the cake and drops them down to a 1/5 for food though is getting a roach on my kids plate (see attached). Waitress asked us what we wanted to do and we said we wanted at least his plate removed, which she did. After that we didn't see her as much, wasn't busy so I'm guessing because of avoiding us. Manager never came to speak with us (which I'd bare minimum expect, but that's leaderships fault not our waitresses). We will not be back, and we will be steering our family and friends away as well.

From the moment we sat down it took forever to get our drinks. Then we placed our order (3) 41.99 specials Pluse tax. That was supposed to come with lobster tails and eggs. Which we did not get. There was barely any seasoning on the boil. Was supposed to come with 1/2 pound of shrimp x3 barely got 1 pound. Took 30 mins to get just one bottle of beer. They finally brought our lobster tails at the very end when we was ready to leave. The manager did nothing to fix it. We will NEVER go back!!!! Oh and they charge us almost 170.00 dollars for enough food for just 2 people. There was 4 of us!!!! And the server never checked on us. No refills!!!!😡😡😡

The food is amazing. The service is terrible. The waitress was rushing us out and being very rude the moment we sat down she started rushing us out but wouldn't take our order when we where ready. We decided to just leave but asked to speak to a manager and not even the manager was polite and took anything we tried to tell him to the waitress. While speaking to the manager she walked up asking why we where trying to make a to go order (which we wasn't) . I do not recommend this location the one in little rock is 10000% better.
