I quickly stopped by this neighborhood bakery, which is more of a small, shack-style spot. There isn’t really space to sit and enjoy your food — it’s clearly designed mainly for takeout. The place is very well reviewed with a high rating, so I decided to check it out. Parking was easy enough on the street right in front. I picked up a ham and cheese croissant and a cardamom bun (cardamom croissant). They don’t seem to serve coffee — at least there was no option for it when I visited — so it’s more about grabbing pastries rather than lingering with a drink. They also offer a nice variety of artisanal breads and traditional breakfast pastries, all of which looked fresh and well made. The ham and cheese croissant was good, though nothing particularly stood out — but that may be because I’ve
The almond croissants seem to be the most popular baked good. The taste is superb, the almonds are plentiful and the edges are perfectly crunchy. The chocolate twist is soft and tasty. We also got the olive bread, which was delicious with goat cheese. Overall, an excellent bakery.
Went on a Friday morning around 9 and there were not many people.(almost no line). Tried the Chocolate Frangi twist and everything crossiant. Both were fine. I had very high expectation due to the really high review scores but the bakery was not phenomenal. They were very crispy outside, actually can be too hard since they were cold. I wasn't so impressed by the texture Or taste. Overall good value for bakeries ($4 or 5 each)
Absolutely love their baked goods. Tried crossaints, ciabata and some others. Really flaky and not very sweet. Their cookies do tend to be on sweeter side - not for me. If you happen to go on weekends, coffee had a really long line so only ended up getting bakery food. It's mostly take out as they have limited outdoor sitting area.
This place has the kind of charm that makes you want to become a regular. The service is consistently warm, attentive, and friendly — you can tell the staff really care about the craft and the customers. Parking, unfortunately, is the only real downside. It’s limited and can be frustrating, especially during peak hours. That said, once you step inside and take a bite of what they’re serving, it’s easy to forget the hassle. The French baguette is the absolute standout. It’s everything you want in a baguette — crackly on the outside, fluffy yet slightly chewy inside, and bursting with the kind of deep, toasty flour flavor that only comes from using high-quality ingredients and a skilled baking process. You can taste the fermentation and craftsmanship in every bite. It’s the kind of bread t
