I stopped by this Turkish food truck in the Mountain View area to pick up dinner, and overall it was a very satisfying experience. They serve fresh, hot, and authentic Turkish-style food, especially grilled meats and hearty dinner options. I ordered grilled chicken over rice, but they informed me that the rice had gone bad that day. Instead, they compensated by giving me extra chicken along with more salad and some bread — which I honestly didn’t mind at all. The chicken was excellent: perfectly grilled with visible char marks, a nice smoky aroma, well-seasoned, and mildly spiced. The salad was fresh and refreshing, and while I did miss the rice, the extra chicken and bread more than made up for it. The bread itself was pretty standard. Absolutely spectacular and authentic! It beats honestly all Turkish restaurants in the area 🚀We tried four of their sandwiches, and every single one was fantastic — tastes like the ones I had in Turkey just two weeks ago. My favorite was the kuzu shish (lamb shish) and Ciğer (Liver) — perfectly seasoned, juicy, and grilled to perfection. But everything else we tried was also great — fresh bread, flavorful meats, and generous portions. They had free tea, Türkiye style, which was much appreciated ❤️

What a delightful discovery! This Turkish food truck definitely stands out in the pretty monotonous food truck scene in the area. Very friendly staff, serving generous portions of delicious Turkish favorites. This time I enjoyed the Kofte Kebab. How I wish this truck will evolve into a full service restaurant, so the menu could be expanded.

We ordered the meatball sandwich and the liver sandwich, and both were absolutely delicious. The flavors felt authentic and homemade, not heavy or greasy, just really well seasoned and satisfying. The liver especially was cooked perfectly - tender and full of flavor. You can tell they take pride in their food. Definitely one of the better Turkish street-food spots around, and we’ll be coming back to try more.

Tried Anatolia Fire for the first time today and I’m already planning my next visit! I ordered the lamb shish, and it was incredibly flavorful and perfectly cooked. To top it off, they were kind enough to gift me a piece of revani cake, which was absolutely delicious—moist, sweet, and the perfect finish. Amazing food and even better hospitality. Highly recommend!"
