The Mess Hall

Our stay at the Teton valley resort was amazing and having this restaurant on site put the icing on the cake! Very convenient & a short walking distance. The staff was very accommodating and went above & beyond. The food was amazing! Elk meatballs with tomato sauce Rainbow trout(without almonds) with asparagus and mashed potatoes Bison burger The margaritas were ok but my husband loved his Jenny lake lager 🍺 and valley old fashioned 🥃

Stayed for 4 nights and came by the Mess Hall everyday! The staff are so kind and attentive. You can really tell that they love their jobs. Michael and Savannah were great. Even chef Andrew came out to chat. Food and drink are phenomenal. Fresh and very well priced. I wouldn’t have expected such an aesthetically pleasing bar in Victor. Highly recommend!

I love the brown butter trout! It's my favorite followed by the bison burger. The trout is so flaky and tender! The chef did a amazing job! Just one year ago I thought the menu was so so. They definitely revamped it and made it great! Also the morning free breakfast is awesome! Great food that is hot and plentiful! Staff here are friendly and attentive to our needs. Great time here. I will visit again when I am in town. Thank you!

The cocktails are amazing, the pot pie and trout were killer, and the Huckleberry cobbler was to die for! Staff is so nice and welcoming, it definitely made my vacation feel extra special. Top-notch ingredients, homemade food, free wifi internet, and perfect atmosphere to either make friends at the bar, work from your laptop, or quietly read your book in the corner. Saving this place to my favourites to come back!

We spent a month at Teton Valley Resort so we spent some time at The Mess Hall. The service can't be beat! The bartender and the servers there are seriously the best. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you want/need. We really appreciate them going above and beyond to make sure our Celiac daughter's gluten-free order was right (and fixing it when we forgot about the fried onions on the burger), and for making her mashed potatoes when she would have settled for salad. I also appreciate them telling us how to make homemade huckleberry syrup so I could make my own Thirsty Mule once we get home. Highly recommend stopping in and at least having a drink if you're in the area.
