The Grille at Bronze Buffalo Ranch

I recently dined at Bronze Buffalo Ranch at Teton Springs and was seriously impressed. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and taken care of. The service was attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the entire evening. I ordered the scallops and they were outstanding. Perfectly seared with amazing flavor and cooked just right — tender and buttery. You can tell a lot of care goes into every plate that comes out of the kitchen. The portions are generous too, so definitely arrive with an appetite. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience and one I would absolutely recommend. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

My friends and I had such a great dinner at the Grille! The Pork Belly Bao Buns were so good and the King Salmon was cooked perfectly. Everything tasted fresh and came out great. Service was friendly and made the night easy and fun. We’ll definitely be back.

This is truly a hidden gem in Teton Valley, and it is really hidden - you have to seek it out and I recommend you do. It’s a beautiful space with excellent food and drinks. There isn’t really another high end American restaurant in the valley and it delivers on all fronts. A great dining experience!
