The Margarita at Pine Creek

I am being very serious when I tell you to get the four course meal instead of the three. This restaurant genuinely has some of the best food in Colorado Springs, and you need to try as much as you can. Each course is timed and delivered perfectly, and each dish flows well with the other. We loved it so much—we ordered an extra dessert to go. They seem to rotate their menu, but I don’t know how often. All I know is that I’m glad we got to try what we did last night. Their coconut curry soup blew my mind! The staff is wonderful. Friendly and knowing. You feel a warm welcome as soon as you step through the door and that never goes away. This place is a bit of a hidden gem. I’ve lived here almost 4 years and didn’t know about it. Friends took me for brunch today. Five out of five. Great service. Great food. Great experience.

I was looking for a special experience for my niece (visiting from out of town) and I. A special experience was exactly what we got. The service, from the first call I made till we walked out the door was exceptional. Something I especially appreciated was the relaxed atmosphere with ZERO rushing. We decided on an appetizer and ordered a la carte as opposed to the pre-fixe menu. Our margarita's were AMAZING, we had the cauliflower steak and the salmon. Both were hearty and delicious. I will definitely be back, I'm hoping to try brunch next time.

3 course meal style restaurant. Everything was delicious and i appreciate they have vegetarian options. The bread and butter were delicious but they could do better in the knives as it was easier to tear the bread apart. Drinks are strong which i can appreciate. Desserts were excellent. Will be back and highly recommend.

Our company held its Christmas party at Margarita at Pine Creek this past week, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The setting was perfect, the service impeccable, and the appetizers—hot and freshly prepared—were delicious. Every meal was wonderfully crafted, and the desserts were plentiful and indulgent.
