The lone buffalo

One of the best “hidden gems” in Wyoming. Delightful, kind staff. Remarkable and memorable specialty cocktails. Absolutely DEVINE food. Some of the best dining we have ever experienced. Will stay in Dubois again just to eat dinner here

The pork tamales with black beans salsa. The 307 burger home made fries. Was outstanding. As a baker my whole life the carrot cake was better than I make. Real big shedder carrots and coconut very moist. The drinks from the bar margaritas was also delicious 🤤 Just visiting the town. Lots of great restaurants for a small town 👍👍👍👍👍

The bison burger was fantastic. One of the best I've had in a while. Not too happy with the 2% credit card charge but considering how few options there are around here and how good the burger was, I'd definitely go back.

The bone marrow appetizer was fantastic. Don't be scared to try it. I ordered a burger medium, but it came closer to rare. It still tasted good. The service was excellent. The servers worked together which ensured we never waited long for refills and the check. The french fries are a hybrid between a potato chip and a french fry... imagine a really thin french fry. Everyone loved the fries. I felt a little uneasy with all the taxidermy looming directly over the table.

FANTASTIC 🙌🏼👌🏼 maybe our fave meal while in Wyoming. Definitely felt like we were dining with the locals. We started with the brussels (holy cow, so good…our kids loved them too) and ended with the ribeye. We also ordered the Wyoming Mule and the old fashioned which were both super affordable and delicious! We had very attentive service. 10/10! If you’re in the area definitely drop by! It was such a great meal!
