Edit: Their reply to this review and other critical reviews here should tell you all you need to know about their professionalism. Them disclosing my private medical condition in the reply is really not a great look and further indicative of the types of games this establisment apparently likes to play. Rude customer service. They play with their customers' drinks for TikTok. They let me know that if you don't like that, not to go here and to "just stay home."

Wow, the staff was absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable during my time. Their friendliness and positive attitude were infectious, and it was such a joy to be around them. Plus, they even made special accommodations just for my sundae! I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Shout out to the wonderful young lady who helped us last night. Very nice people and a lovely ice cream shop!

I love ice cream. The people working are nice however, Every time I go in here to get ice cream it gets worse and worse then do not have flavors that I want. Whenever I ask for somthing I get the unfortunately we cannot do that. Take your money elsewhere.

I bought an iced coffee it was not only 11 for it but it was disgusting to say the least no flavor to it whatsoever legit tasted like I was sipping black coffee almost gross I will not be back cheaper to go to Empire for way better coffee!!!!
