5/5 but I'll say CALL AHEAD. It was a much longer wait than I expected for just a couple of burritos. They have the number on the side of the truck and it's probably in one of the pictures on the reviews. That seemed to be what the locals were doing, and I wished I had called before leaving my motel so we could get back on the road sooner. Not really a complaint, just a heads up to other travelers. Food was good.

Delicious hamburgers and fries! It’s all freshly made !! The lady that took our order is super nice and pleasant!! We definitely recommend this little gem of a food truck !

There wasn't a TripAdvisor entry for this food truck, but I wanted to review it. There is only one table, so we had to take our food to go. There isn't a tip line if you use a card, so it's nice to have some cash on hand. We both had the stuffed sopapilla with both red and green sauce. Everything was delicious, but wow, those New Mexicans really know how to make red sauce. I've never had a great red sauce in Colorado (we do great green chile). Next time, I'd smother the entire thing in red sauce! The cold Sprites from the cooler was the icing on the cake. We went to the picnic tables overlooking the golf course and chowed down. It was so good!

Wow! Sooo delicious!! Stopped for a quick bite on my drive through and I’m half way through my burrito writing this. Very friendly lady and very tasty quality food, thank you! I’ll be back.

Was driving through and starving. This is probably the best burger for 100 miles. Solid homemade taste. Fries were good and they gave me a ton. The burger was a really good size. Definitely weren’t ripping me off. The price was for sure reasonable.
