Customer Reviews
Tecoa is a great barista with many recommendations on drinks and great hospitality presence. I recommend this coffee shop if you want something locally. They just rebranded and I appreciate the change. Ask her for a drink recommendation! Thank you for great service.
Very pleasant experience two days in a row at this cafe. Easy parking. Friendly, helpful staff. Our coconut milk (so rare!) lattes were made fast and hot. The breakfast burritos are a great deal - tasty and big. The little gift shop attached to the cafe is also a nice find whether you’re looking for local gifts or unique, nature inspired ones. We’ll definitely visit again.
I don’t know what happened to this place. I’ve been coming here for years and the prices have gotten higher while the quality has taken a nosedive. Back a couple years ago it was $2.00 for a large cup of coffee with $.50 refills. Now it’s $3.50 for a large cup of coffee with no refills. What the heck?! That’s more than Starbucks. Their breakfast burritos and sandwiches have also gone up in price (an increase of $2.00 in some cases) but their quality has gone down. They are smaller burritos and the sandwiches taste stale and a few days old. The pastries are still okay but they are pastries and I don’t think they’re made on site. Anyway, I am a local so The Lift was always a nice retreat before work or for lunch but it’s definitely not worth it anymore. Angel Fire more and better options the
Visiting for Military Winterfest. Placed a large order. Almost $70 for six of us. We asked for 3 veggie burritos and 2 sausage burritos. After about a 20 minute wait we were given ONE veggie burrito and two veggie sandwiches. The girl told us they were out of the veggie burritos. When asked if they were the same price she just walked away. (They're not the same price.) All of the food was cold. Bad service. Decent coffee. Food would be pretty good if properly heated. Other options are just down the road. Don't waste your time or money.
Where do I start??? The sweet girls working this morning (1.17.24) were amazing. Service time was normal as expected and the food was off the chainnnn🤣seriously though - the bacon and Gouda quiche!!!!!mwah! The cinnamon rolls are fantastic with cream cheese icing. Will definitely be back!
