The Latigo Kid Mexican Restaurant

My husband has been coming here for a long time and always talks about the fajitas. He was craving them so we went! He got the steak fajitas which is served with a side of warm tortillas, cheese, lettuce, pico and beans. I got the enchiladas suiza. Both plates were fantastic! Very authentic and the portion sizes were huge! We both either got soup or salad with our meal beforehand and chose the albondigas soup. He also had two margaritas which were fresh and strong (we like that in a drink)! We will definitely be back!

I bought dinner for my family (To-go), and they got everything incorrect. For example, they upsold me on chips because my guacamole didn’t come with it. They forgot the chips $6. They forgot my soup. They forgot the beans in my burrito, And the guacamole was brown. I spent a lot of money here as everything is overpriced to get incorrect average food. I will not be back and will not recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking Mexican food in the area.

I really enjoy the Latigo kid. Everything is great each time I go. The staff is attentive and helpful. There is always a table available and to top it off the food is great. I always get the shredded beef enchilada and chicken taco and I love it each time. There’s not much spice in those, which I like because I can eat it quickly but maybe I’ll add more spice to it next time.

Salsa was really good, it wasn't too spicy and it wasn't bland, it was perfect for my likings. I ordered crunchy tacos, I thought I was really good, it was juicy, crunchy. It had a lot flavor. My husband ordered the beef fajita, the beef was chewy, it had a lot tomato sauce to it so, and the green bell pepper was over cook. So I gave a 3 because I was not very satisfy with the beef fajita, it was too chewy for me or my husband. The melon Margarita was alright, that was too sweet for me.

We recommend this restaurant highly! Their food, decor, and staff are terrific and we really enjoy going there. Their prices are reasonable, too, and it's a nice place to visit.
