Customer Reviews
Those reviews about getting yelled at are 100% true—I experienced the exact same thing. Which is such a shame, because the bar itself is adorable with its 50s theme and so much potential to be amazing. I totally understand having a minimum policy, but there’s no need to scream at customers. I’ve never been treated like that before. EDIT: I was not standing or dancing on the booth seats. I sat the entire time, so you must have me confused with someone else. Please don’t spread false information.
We had a great time. Thank you for letting us sing so much!
Nita was terrible and bitter. The reviews are all true (as an owner of an establishment, the responses are crazy). I wouldn’t waste your time going here if you’re coming from out of town - the old lady kills the vibe immediately.
Watch out for fuzzy math!! I ordered a basic soda-pop. The sign-board price says $1.75, but I was charged $3.75 plus "service charge". Trick me once... Not again. I was there a very short time just to try the place out. I paid what the bill said. But then asked -- why is the price so different? The 2 ladies that were running the place said they charge $2 extra on a soda-pop at Karaoke times -- even though that isn't written anywhere at all. They said it is because the college kids come in and sit all night on one soda-pop, so this is how they make up for it. Adding a 15% service charge to me was bizarre as well. Their menu says that tables ordering $50 or more will have a service charge added of 15%. I think they were just expecting I didn't see it and then tipped them more. I was goin
Terrible experience from start to finish. I came here hoping for a fun night of karaoke, but instead I was treated like a burden the moment I walked in. The staff was incredibly rude and made me feel completely unwelcome—no greetings, no help, just attitude. It felt like they didn’t want customers at all. To make things worse, the place smelled awful. There was a strong, musty odor throughout the building that made it hard to even enjoy being there. It felt dirty and poorly maintained, and nothing about the environment was inviting. We ended up leaving early because the energy was just plain uncomfortable. Between the rude service and the bad smell, I honestly regret wasting my time and money here. There are plenty of karaoke places that are way more fun and respectful—this is not one of
