The Juicy Crab Chattanooga

A bunch of small issues led this dining experience to being unpleasant. The good? The food was delicious The bad? It wasn’t crowded on a Thursday afternoon, it took the waitress over 10 minutes to speak with us, revealing she was the only one there. They were somehow out of beer on tap. Which ones? Somehow all of them. Went to the bathroom it was dirty with toilet paper all over the place, no hot water. No paper towels. Dried my hands off with the blower and somehow even it sucked, blowing cold air. The wait for the food took way too long, then it came out with my wife’s first. I had to sit there watching her eat for 5 minutes or so until mine came out. No utensils I guess that’s how it’s supposed to be? Either way I could have used them to dig out the shrimp turds that were on every pi

The amount of food was correct, BUT the flavors were NOT correct. My wife had my seasoning (she doesn't do spicy) and I had hers garlic butter. No butter on the side only ranch. $100 worth of food and my wife couldnt eat it due to the spice. Attention to detail is everything in the food industry, plus food is expensive. So needless to say she went to McDonald's due to the lack of paying attention.

I think this place has the best sea food in Chattanooga, Tn. The taste of the food is excellent, the appearance is great and the prices are not bad. However this is the dirtiest, nasty restaurant in Chattanooga. I see why you are NOT getting business. Before I sat down I had to clean my food off my seat, under the tables on the floor there is food everywhere the cracks under the tables has all kind of food stuck in it. The blinds are all filthy and nasty. The window ledges are ALL FILTHY. If you expect this place to last, it needs a good cleaning!!!!!!

10/10 Highly recommend, our very 1st time here and the crab legs didnt disappoint at all,the seasoning is very tasty 😋 Everything was just Awesome! We will be back to our favorite place.

Wings = satisfaction! 10/10 recommend (especially with half off during happy hour) Try them Cajun Dry rub, cooked a little extra crispy. The wife gets crab legs and almost have to remind her the shell isn't edible. Great food, every time! Update: we have been back over 10 times (probably 20) incredible each time. Q and Mia are amazing people and it bleeds into the culture and atmosphere of this location. We had 4 different types of wings this time and ALL were 10 out of 10. Lemon pepper/ juicy special/ Cajun dry rub/ and the breaded. Going back again to get their new pasta and tacos!!!
