The Juicy Crab Carrollton

My wife and I came in for lunch right at opening last week. Our waitress Acacia (hope I spelled that right) was amazing, our food was tasteful and fresh. When mine came out not as hot as expected, the cook Kevin took on the challenge and what came back was a sauce that was spicy and flavorful. Our entire vist was awesome and eventful, we will certainly return again.

My overall experience was pretty good - thank you Kiyana! Your personality, professionalism and great smile would certainly be the reason I return. Food was good, but YOU made it greater‼️ 💛 SOMEBODY GIVE HER A RAISE 💰 🤑 My only concern was that the woman's restroom floor, which although clean, was soooo slippery. Someone could legit fall. Other than that, all was great.

We always go to another establishment but decided to give juicy crab a try. Not disappointed one bit. Great service, great food!! The spice level is on point.

What I thought was a simple quick idea for dinner ended up being less ideal. The Shrimp/Catfish basket had hairs in it and the two shrimp bags were switched giving my wife who prefers mild an unpleasant surprise. Management needs to check and triple check orders before customers receive.

The music was on point the entire time, the food was PERFECTLY cooked and seasoned, and the staff was extremely polite and worked efficiently despite having one cook. They really were on top of everything.
