Great cafe with excellent coffee and drink options. They have pastries and a few hot items. There is always a quiche special. They often have live music.

Cozy cafe atmosphere. Loved the comfortable vibe. Tea and dessert were exceptional. The staff was very friendly, helpful & generous. There is a limited menu but what we tried was delicious!

An iconic staple to the Chelmsford community. EDIT: I still come by every so often on my rare days off from work. I wanted to add so much more. The staff is kind, leaving a good impression when you first walk in. The atmosphere is relaxing to even the most high strung people. The coffee is 100% always good, I have tried just about every kind and flavor on the menu in the past 5 years. Food is amazing as well. And lastly, love the occasional musicians that come by to perform! Thank you for always being the place to be, Java Room.

The Hidden Gem in Chelmsford Center, this is the perfect place to catch up with a friend, work, read a book or sit down and look out the window while taking a break- kind of place. I went to The Java Room around mid-morning to have coffee with a friend on a cold, snowy day and was surprised by the comforting, cozy and welcoming atmosphere. They also have a wine bar that’s opened all day!!! Everyone is very friendly and courteous, the cranberry orange muffin and latté I had were delicious. I haven’t tried any other goodies yet, but they had some amazing good looking desserts on display. They offer a monthly Event Calendar and live music on Friday and Saturday evenings, and Sunday at brunch time.
