The Inn at Solvang

Stayed at the separate building (Norwegian stabbur /treehouse) right on the property with our labradoodle for two nights. Wonderful experience! The sauna is so relaxing and you feel enveloped by wood harvested right on the property. Very peaceful and charming. Toured the main inn also, simply exquisite. The long-time Inn Manager is extremely nice and accommodating and so knowledgable.

What a beautiful bed and breakfast! I visit my family all the time in this area but usually stay with my parents or another family member. I will be frequenting this B&B at least once a year moving forward. The host, Stephanie, is so warm and joyful. The rooms are beautiful. The house has so many amenities - complimentary coffee, tea, cookies, chocolates, snacks. The breakfast is DELICIOUS and they are able to accommodate vegetarian needs. They are flexible with an early check in and late check out. Next time, I am looking forward to taking a walk around the property as they have several trails from the house, as well as enjoying their gazebo. It was a little rainy and we were a little short on time.

We throughly enjoyed our three night stay at The Inn at Solvang, and have absolutely no suggestions for improvement. The location was ideal - just a short drive from town (so very quiet). Our room was extremely comfortable, clean, and pleasant to be in, the breakfasts were delicious, beautiful and plentiful, the inn's public rooms were comfortable and the library had a great selection of books, from fiction to local history. Stephanie is an outstanding Innkeeper - efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Room rates are very reasonable, at least 1/3 less than in a larger city. We were lucky enough to meet the owners and had a lovely conversation with them about Norway and their family's history in the Huntingdon area. We would happily stay here again, and highly recommend it to

The Inn of Solvang has become our special destination. Every year we have been traveling within 300-400miles of our home. Since discovering the Inn in 2022, we begin and end our summer travels here. Things have only gotten better. Ultra-friendly staff, beautiful rooms, comfortable bedrooms, natural grounds.|Breakfast is always varied and intriguing. You should treat yourself and stay at the Inn of Solvang.|Oh, and by the way, have you ever eaten breakfast by candle light? Great experience and you will have it here.|Lloyd and Linda Annan

We have been coming to the Inn at Solvang for over 25 years. Love the beautiful family home, Stephanie & the staff, their attention to detail and how comfortable the entire stay is every single time! Food is always exceptional (thank you, Stephanie!) even with my Gluten-Free requests for my wife. Been great to get to know the owners on several visits. Keep up the great experience for the guests. truly appreciated!!! We'll be back soon!
