The Ice Cream Shop

Received a strawberry cheesecake delight and it was missing the inner with ice cream. Customer service was okay, was not given a receipt nor asked to sign to tip. Usually great service but tonight was not usual, an order of 5 ice creams My daughters small - cotton candy I asked for sprinkles ( None) Turtle sundae - No toppings , no cherry And well my strawberry cheesecake delight was missing ice cream.

The owner/manager (not sure, he made weird claims) is an absolute nightmare if he's in. He won't blend the smoothies properly after you've upset him. They are ridiculously thick and won't go through the provided straw. We usually get a 16oz with four fruits. No one has ever told us it is a problem except for this man who claims to be a higher-up. Do not ask for four fruits, instead of three for a small. He claims it will be a cup of fruit, which is bad, even when told that is what they wanted. Then, he changes it to he cannot allow more than three and is visibly upset when told the other staff does it no problem. Then he tells us we can't have lemon or lime in them even though it is on his sign. He then claimed "someone" wrote it without his knowledge and it shouldn't be there. The flavor

Nice little place to get some ice cream. Prices are reasonable and they have a good variety of flavors. Not a whole lot of seating though. Best bet is get it to go, sometimes it gets crowded. The inside looks like your old fashioned ice cream parlor. (Brings back memories). They do have hotdogs, chili, shredded pork sandwiches and pretzels if you want something more than ice cream. The staff are super friendly and they also have a drive up window on the backside. Lots of free parking and I would suggest Google mapping this place. It kind of hidden behind an auto parts store.

Arrived at 945 and the first thing they told us very rudely was just so you know we only have hard serve, no shakes, smoothies, or anything if it isn’t in a cone or cup. They close at 10, shouldn’t they serve until 10 or at least closer to 10? She was annoyed while we considered if we wanted the only option available or not. We go a few times a month but I won’t be back.

There are so many options to pick from. They have some of the best soft serve ice cream.
